SenseOnline Rate Card & Order Form

The following advertising space is available on SenseOnline:

Crown Space -   (Code SO1 – middle centre on Home Page where                               Daily Photo located):   R1000 per day.

Prime space  -   (Code SO2 – top right and left on home and relevant                          page): R600 per month; or R200 per week.

Prime space  -   (Code SO3 – top right and left on home page only):                           R400 per month; or R150 per week.

 Prime space  -   (Code SO4 – top right and left on relevant page                                only): R300 per month; or R100 per week.

 Lower banners -(Code SO5 – home and relevant page): R300 per month or R100 per week.

Lower banners -(Code SO6 – home page only): R200 per month; or                           R50 per week.

Lower banners -(Code SO7 – relevant page only): R125 per month;                           or R35 per week.

Green Map -      (Code SO8 – directory listing that classifies retailers                           and service providers): R500 per annum.

Terms and conditions:

o   Only one advertiser will be allocated the Crown Space per day.

o   Advertisers are guaranteed a minimum of 24 random impressions per day on all other              banners during the duration of this order as set forth below.

o   A 15% discount will apply to those taking multiple advertising or listings.

o   Special offers and giveaway listings are free, but must be accompanied by advertising.   Advertising rates as for above with a 15% discount.

o   All rates include VAT.

o   Invoices shall be sent electronically on the 25^th day of each month.

o   Advertising fees are payable in advance on the 1^st working day of the month. Advertising          placed during the month shall be charged at a prorata rate for that month. 

o   The advertiser shall provide the content, graphics, logos, text or other material in a format       designated by SenseOnline. Should SenseOnline be required to develop such material this          will be charged separately.

o   SenseOnline will, where feasible, direct readers to the advertisers website in stories and keyword tags.

o   SenseOnline shall not be required to provide any personal information regarding specific users, including, without limitation, their names and addresses or any other information          the provision of which could violate any privacy or other rights of users or third-parties.

o   This order shall begin on ………….. and shall continue for a period of           ……..(days/weeks/months) on the following space ……. (code).

o   This order shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, agency, joint    venture or partnership between the parties or to impose any liability attributable to such a        relationship upon either party.
