Lori was born and raised in Sandton,
When it comes to religion Lori is not sure what to believe at this moment in her life but likes to think that there is something out there. These days she would describe herself as more spiritual than religious.
Ambition
She is in the process of doing her articles in law and describes the process as extremely ‘painful.’ But she works hard at what she does and will pull through with strength and success because of her unbelievable ambition. This is a girl who is going places.
Her ambitions are pretty career orientated at the moment and she hopes to specialize in commercial law and land up at a bank company as a legal advisor.
‘How will I get there?’ She says with a smile, ‘One day at a time.’
Friends and Relationships
Lori still enjoys a good ‘jol’ but not as much as when she was younger.
She loves going out with her friends for drinks, coffee and lunches and if there is one thing that is obvious about Lori, it is her devoted loyalty to her friends and those she loves.
Lori has been in a relationship for 7½ years. She describes her boyfriend as her best friend and soul mate, someone she can have fun with, share everything with, and knows he will always be there for her. ‘To me,’ she smiles, ‘that is the perfect partner.’
South African Strength
‘I think I am one of the few people who are actually still positive about this country,’ Lori says seriously, ‘I think people have forgotten how far we have come as a people.’
