Method Prepare the tea mix with all other ingredients and marinade the salmon for 90 to 120 minutes in an ovenproof dish. When ready to serve place dish in a very hot oven for 5 to 6 minutes and serve with a little rice or on a wedge of Italian Ciabatta. Drizzle each piece with a little of the marinade. |
